Spacefed Usage Policy
In the past the Spacefed project had a gentleman's agreement about the usage policy. In order to make our policy more clear to participants in this project, we have decided to write down the basics.
Please note, Non-compliance with any of these stipulated rules will necessitate the immediate termination and revocation of the provided service from you or your community.
General Rules
- All Spacefed connected services are provided to hacker/open source related communities with a member-administration
- No accounts shall be shared, Spacefed was founded as a way to ensure a higher security level for all users. Sharing accounts defeats this.
Hosting a Country Node
- Hosting a Country Node requires at least one administrator to register themselves on the mailinglist.
- Each Country Node Host is required to set up unique keys with other Country Nodes. No key re-usage is allowed.
- Country Node administrators are required to check the compliance with these rules, and enforce actions if there are violations.
Hosting a Community Node
- Make sure your participants/members have their own unique account.
- Keep your administration up to date.
- Revoke/Disable unused and old accounts.
